At least three years experience delivering hands-on Technical Support in a helpdesk environment
Service oriented able to address customer pains while suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate (come in with a rosh gadol attitude)
Global employment experience big advantage
Certified Pc Technician
Microsoft certification a plus
In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals
Able to identify, repair, replace and reinstall new components
Familiar with standard anti-virus solutions
Able to identify and address both software and hardware issues
