Develop and implement a comprehensive European sales strategy, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the European market.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the European marketplace.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective sales tactics and robust pipeline management.
Provide expert insights into product development and customization based on market feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for continued growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the the fields of financial sales/payment systems
Extensive experience in the European market
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding top-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing a team in-house and remotely.
