Responsibilities:
* Identify relevant organizations that are strategically well-positioned to accelerate our growth into new markets
* Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them
* Own your partners portfolio targets and deliver the results
* Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing partners
* Leading presentations and demos to new and existing partners
* Building business plans with partners and ensuring excellent execution
* Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and partners
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field
* 2 years experience in sales/business development positions - must
* 3+ years experience in managing Channel Partners in SaaS companies - must
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - must
* French / German / Spanish speaker - big advantage
* Presentations and demonstrations skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
* Strong organization and project management skills
* Team player with a winning approach
* Friendly and personable demeanor
* Great ambition and passion to work in a dynamic environment.
