we are looking for an Entry-level Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
* Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:
