* Provide an outstanding candidate experience during the interview process by delivering timely communication and updates
* Take ownership of the candidates' interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
* Schedule multiple interviews with candidates with urgency and care; coordinate all details of the interviews.
* Managing the ATS and recruitment databases
* Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with various administrative tasks
