Define key performance indicators (KPIs) ,interpret data using statistical techniques , and conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
Implement tracking and data collection methods, utilizing statistical techniques as needed.
Develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for products, features, and infrastructure.
Provide insights and suggestions to stakeholders by conducting in-depth analysis and research.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product visibility, serviceability, and quality.
Implement monitoring strategies and automate tasks to provide rapid feedback and diagnostics.
Monitor logs and metrics and create alerts to detect changes, issues, and potential attacks in production environments.
Develop and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL procedures, and Python configuration scripts.
Perform troubleshooting and analysis, escalating issues as necessary and collaborating on cross-team issues.
