Senior HR People Partner

As an HR People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Aura team and ensuring the effectiveness of our HR programs. You will be reporting to a Director of HR, and will collaborate with colleagues across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to drive employee Lifecyle, engagement, growth, and compliance with local employment laws.
What You'll Be Doing
* Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, guiding people management practices, legal compliance, and employee engagement
* Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance the Employee Experience
* Collaborate with regional compliance leaders to address sensitive and confidential issues and drive compliance efforts
* Participate in global HR initiatives and projects, offering insights and thought leadership to guide decision-making
