Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Source passive talents through referrals, networking, Internet searches, and other sourcing tools
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Manage the candidate experience by keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing timely feedback
Implement effective data -driven hiring processes using the ATS
Onboard new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into the company culture and role

This is a temporary position in Tel Aviv, 100% office.

Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of recruiting experience at startups
Passion for recruiting, especially for technological and deep technologies roles
High-level of expertise in advanced sourcing techniques
Strong attention to detail, and ability to identify qualified candidates based on specific job requirements
Active listening skills and a genuine interest in people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
