We are seeking for a HR manager to lead our HR department and drive HR initiatives to support the company's growth and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle HR-related issues and conflicts
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR management or related field
Experience in recruiting technological positions
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
