We are looking for a new affiliate manager and analyst who is passionate about data-driven online marketing, and ready to build long-term relationships with some of the most well-known financial publishers.
This person will join our top team and take part in our current team efforts and growth areas.
What you will do?
Expand our affiliation program by searching for new partners and identifying new opportunities worldwide
Upscale the current efforts - Collaborate with different teams to build and uplift the activity with our partners in order to achieve the main goals
Analyze the teams ongoing efforts and performance
Conduct various campaigns and working methods to improve profitability
Proactively track, report, analyze, and optimize the performance of the partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them
Managing financial activities, responsible for monthly payments, fraud detection, and special deals
Working closely with the compliance teams to ensure the affiliates' activity complies with our guidelines
Exhibit and represent the 500Affiliates program in conferences and in-person meetings with affiliates

Requirements:
B.S.C in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (additional languages is an advantage)
Proven experience in managing sales-related partnerships/user acquisition - an advantage
Passionate about finance and online marketing - an advantage
Self-starter and independent. Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
A people person and a team player
