We are looking for a Global Organizational development, Senior Manager to our HQ in Modi'in

o The initiation, development and overall implementation of global HR programs that are strategically aligned with the organizations goals and needs, and that foster a positive and thriving work - place culture

o Developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes.

Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field

Proven experience as an OD Manager or similar role at global companies

Hands-on configuration and system administration

Orientation and understanding of complex HR processes

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Hebrew and English)
