Senior Manager Business Operations

Located in Petach Tikva, hybrid.

Temp position for 9 months.

Duties:

• Lead Talent Development Programs: Designing, developing, and implementing leadership & talent Development programs and initiatives.
• Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
• Communicate program details, schedules, and requirements to participants.
• Track and maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations.
• Support Training and Development Activities: Assist in creating and distributing training materials, presentations, and resources.
• Manage partnerships with diverse Organizational Development (OD) vendors and external experts.
• Lead and oversee large-scale organizational conferences and learning events.
• YHB Coordinate logistics for training events Manage participant registrations, confirmations, and communications. Monitor Learning and Development Budget: Tracking expenses related to talent development programs. Maintain budget records and ensure adherence to allocated funds.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor payments and budget approvals.
• Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing program outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end leadership and talent development programs.
• Demonstrated high level of autonomy, with the proven ability to independently drive end-to-end development processes.
• Strong program management skills with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-faceted L&D initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Hands-on experience in integrating AI-powered tools into daily operations to streamline processes and optimize program outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
