Organizational Development Consultant

EY is looking for an Organizational Development consultant In this role, you will partner with EY consultants and clients undergoing strategic transactions (M&A’s, divestitures) and organizational transformations to successfully scale and improve their businesses, while enabling an exceptional people experience.

Key accountabilities:

Support senior consultants, conducting in-depth research and analysis, benchmarking practices, preparing comprehensive reports, and assisting in the development of project deliverables.
Perform both PAS internal consulting team support and external client facing activity
Partner with the PAS consultants’ team and clients to build and implement end to end solutions for organizational re-designs, Mergers & Acquisitions (Due Diligence through PMIs), value creation programs and other strategic transformations.
Collaborate with PAS consulting team to carry out assessments and compose reports with analytics, insights, and recommendations.
Translate client needs into tailored organizational solutions, including design, culture, capabilities, processes, and tools.
Identify and develop internal EY and external client business development opportunities
Understand and customize EY global materials to client, industry and local (Israel) needs.

Requirments:

B.A in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related filed
M.A in Organizational Behavior or MBA with a specialization in HR or OD – a plus
3+ years of hands-on consulting experience in a consulting firm or as an OD in a dynamic high-tech or leading multinational environment, specializing in organizational development, process improvement, or strategy.
Experienced in organizational development, process improvement, and project planning.
Successful track record of implementing change initiatives and people programs.
Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to connect trends and challenges between the business, organization and people to bring insights and solutions Able to work independently, coordinate with various business units and drive issues to resolution/completion
Strong data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), and building solutions abilities
Organize, prioritize and communicate effectively
