About the Role

Octopol is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team and work alongside our General Manager to manage and nurture our growing company. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. managing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment:
Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach that supports overall business growth and success.
Advisor and Coach:
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for executives, mid-level managers, and employees, providing guidance on HR best practices and fostering a positive work culture.
Building HR Infrastructures:
Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and building training programs.
Employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
Overseeing all stages of the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process.
Performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
Succession planning - Identifying critical positions within the organization and developing action plans for individuals to assume those positions.
Leadership coaching to enhance the capabilities of key personnel.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
