Data Product Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Product Manager to join our product team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hyper-growth company, where we help millions of users decide which provider they will choose for their mortgage, insurance, meal delivery, online therapy, internet provider, website builder, and more.

Responsibilities

Build a product vision and communicate it across multiple stakeholders, overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from ideation, planning, and execution to testing, optimization, and ongoing improvement.
Discover and define innovative product opportunities and new business opportunities that drive strategic growth.
Tackle complex problems, delivering impactful solutions that add measurable value to customers.
Analyze and interpret product data to generate insights, optimize features, and guide data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
Define data infrastructure solutions that support organizational needs and enhance organizational goals.
Lead the development and deployment of automated solutions that streamline processes and elevate overall organizational efficiency.
Collaborate with multiple teams—including product managers, data developers, data scientists, design, marketing, operations, analytics, and content—to effectively execute the product roadmap.
Integrate and leverage emerging technologies to optimize company assets and improve operational processes.

Requirements:

Entrepreneurial background with a drive for innovation and results.
2+ years of experience in product management and product analysis.
Ability to solve complex problems and execute solutions.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical methods.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
Experience in defining data infrastructure and leading the development of automated solutions to optimize and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal skills.
