Product Manager – Data Platform

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager – Data Platform to lead the strategy and roadmap for Glassbox's data platform and analytics capabilities.

You will own products that power behavioral analytics, AI insights, and Product Intelligence across the Glassbox platform. Working closely with Engineering, Data, AI, Design, and Customer teams, you will build scalable, enterprise-grade data products that transform digital behavior into actionable intelligence.

This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strong product thinking with deep technical understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI.

What You Will Do?

• Own the roadmap for Glassbox's data platform and Product Intelligence capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to deliver scalable data products.
• Define data models, analytics capabilities, APIs, and platform services.
• Drive product decisions through customer insights, analytics, and market research.
• Ensure data quality, scalability, governance, and performance across the platform.
• Help shape Glassbox's AI-first and agentic product strategy.
  
  

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building Data Platform, Analytics Platform, Integration, or AI products.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, event-driven systems, and large-scale behavioral data.
• Experience defining and managing REST and Batch APIs, data contracts, and integration capabilities for internal and external consumers.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and storage technologies (AWS S3, Azure, SFTP)
• Strong SQL and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams on highly technical products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product leadership skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or Copilot.
  
  

• Experience with Product Analytics or Digital Experience Analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Quantum Metric, Contentsquare, Pendo, Datadog, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Elastic, or ClickHouse.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecommunications).
