Performance division - Junior demand CSM

Were looking for a Junior Demand CSM to support international clients through day-to-day communication while assisting in the execution and optimisation of campaigns to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day relationships with international clients, providing clear communication, regular updates, and responsive support.
Run, monitor, and optimise live campaigns to ensure strong pacing and delivery against agreed KPIs, identifying issues early and making data-driven adjustments.
Prepare and deliver performance reporting, translating results into practical insights and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (BA) or equivalent.
Proven experience working with clients, with international client exposure as a strong advantage, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
Native-level English (mandatory), with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing setting and learn new software quickly.
