Lead Software Engineer - Generative AI Projects (650)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join first Generative AI Projects . This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of next-generation AI projects that will drive our company's growth and set new benchmarks in the insurance industry. This position requires hands-on coding capabilities to use generative AI solutions and other cloud-based technologies.· work together with our product teams and business stockholders about business problems thatGenerative AI technology can solve.· Architect and deliver solutions using cloud services and tools.· Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge cloud solutions that includes Generative AI within theinsurance domain.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software developers, andbusiness stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.· Research, experiment, and implement state-of-the-art AI products and APIs and techniques toenhance our products and services.· Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping toproduction deployment and optimization.· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant tools andmethodologies into project development.Responsibilites:· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.· 7+ years of software development experience· Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, Go or similar.· Working knowledge of Cloud Computing (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) - AWS preferred· Excellent engineering skills, strong communication skills fundamentals, and elegance in yourwork· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation.· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.· A track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects from conception todeployment.· Ability to complete tasks “End to End” - from design and implementation to continuousdeployment in production.· Natural curiosity, ability, and desire to learn quicklyBonus Points:· Knowladge with AWS cloud services· Experience using Python· Data engineering experience· Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Pandas, Scikit-learn,NLTK or Keras.Benefits:· Be a pioneer in the Generative AI domain· Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.· Access to cutting-edge technology and resources.
