AI Platform Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on AI Platform Engineer to join our team and help build an AI-powered R&D platform that transforms how engineering teams work throughout the software development lifecycle.

You'll design and develop production-grade AI Agents, from developer copilots to autonomous agents that can independently execute tasks and integrate directly into engineering workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable, scalable AI systems that work in real production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents in production environments.
• Build end-to-end agent workflows integrated with CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, monitoring, and ticketing systems.
• Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, retrieval techniques, and vector databases.
• Build tool-based agents that interact with APIs, services, and engineering tools.
• Implement agent orchestration, memory, state management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ensure system reliability through error handling, retries, and edge-case management.
• Optimize performance, latency, scalability, cost, and observability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into daily development workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on Backend or Platform development experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based AI Agents in production.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience with LLM APIs, including OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience developing tool-based agents integrated with APIs and automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code – Mandatory.
• Experience with observability tools such as Langfuse or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Multi-Agent or Autonomous AI Systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, QA automation, or Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, or message queues.
• Experience integrating AI into code reviews, automated testing, or incident analysis.
