Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agents Development: Building intelligent agents capable of executing sequences of actions, making decisions, and interacting with external systems.
• RAG Systems Architecture: Establishing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to integrate models with organizational knowledge bases.
• Python Development: Writing production-grade code for business logic, working with frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, and integrating solution logic into company products.
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Designing, writing, and optimizing complex prompts (System Prompts, Chain-of-Thought) to maximize performance across various LLMs.
• Research & Evaluation: Researching and implementing emerging AI tools and conducting rigorous evaluation of model outputs.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science – Mandatory.
• Software Development Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack development with strong Python coding skills – Mandatory.
• GenAI Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing GenAI products and systems – Mandatory.
• Machine Learning: Deep understanding and practical experience building, training, and deploying ML models.
• Data Retrieval & Analysis: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data preparation and model evaluation – Mandatory.
• Frameworks: Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar libraries for building LLM applications.

Significant Advantages:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Hands-on experience with Qdrant Vector DB
• Experience developing dashboards using BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik)
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (Docker)
• Proven track record in optimizing business processes through automation and AI
