Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & ML team within the Technology Consulting department at KPMG. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into robust technical solutions using Python & SQL.
Building and customizing PowerBI dashboards focused on delivering business insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform feature engineering and enhance model performance.
Work with geospatial and transportation datasets, applying domain-specific techniques for public sector projects.
design and implement impactful data analysis projects across diverse industries.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Python programming, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib,seaborn etc.
Familiarity with core data analysis techniques with an emphasis on transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills and a natural orientation toward numbers and insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
