We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Student Position to join our HR team at ThetaRay and together with us lead the company's growth!

Responsibilities

Overseeing the entire recruitment process and managing its various stages
Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates
Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within schedule
Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
Take part in different HR activities like- employee onboarding, company events, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
Current 2nd student (with at least 3 semesters left), pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, embracing a hybrid working model with 2 days a week at the office.
Experience working as a talent acquisition - an advantage.
Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
Strong time-management skills, capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
