HR Manager

Overall responsibility for the company's human resources processes.

Manage and lead the recruitment processes.

Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of welfare,
Responsibility for organizational development and training: organizational changes, manager's development, feedback processes, performance evaluation, etc.
Build and execute the company's welfare plan.
Responsibility for employment relations and labor laws.

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience as HR Manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask and high attention to detail .
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Behavioral Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
