Description

Abra R&D is looking for an IT Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to the organization employees in solving hardware, software, and network issues.
Managing and operating organizational computing systems, including servers, workstations, and networks.
Installing, maintaining, and updating software and hardware according to company needs.
Writing technical guides, documenting systems and work processes in English.
Working with external vendors and providing solutions for IT systems.
Improving existing computing infrastructure and proposing new technological solutions.
Requirements
At least two years of experience in a similar position.
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken (professional level).
In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Office 365 applications.
Experience working with network equipment (routers, switches, VPN).
Familiarity with virtualization systems (such as VMware or Hyper-V) - advantage.
High service awareness and ability to work in a team.
Ability to manage tasks and prioritize in tight schedules.

Advantages:

Technological certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+.
Experience working in an international environment.
Knowledge of basic programming languages or scripts (Python, Bash) - advantage.
