Software Team Lead, Embedded

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Software Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the software that powers our advanced embedded systems, bringing complex algorithms to life and enabling groundbreaking applications across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Manage the team's workload and priorities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide leadership and guidance.
Lead discussions on architectural decisions and actively participate in technology choice evaluations.

Requirements

BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
7+ years of professional experience in real-time embedded systems and software development.
3+ years of management experience as a team leader with proven ability to drive team performance and success.
Good understanding of SW/HW interfaces and SoCs architectures.
Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS or QNX.
Experience in BSP, embedded SW SDKs and infrastructure SW development lifecycle.
Great interpersonal skills, team-oriented and highly motivated individual.
Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive industry software development
Automotive development process (ASPICE).
Knowledge in Git, Cmake build environments.
Agile/Scrum processes experience.
