The Compensation and Benefits, and People Analytics Lead is responsible for the ongoing company’s compensation and benefits programs and leveraging people analytics to drive HR strategy and decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics.

What you will be doing:

Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures.
Conduct WW market research to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
People Analytics: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement.
Strategic Decision Support: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management- must
Proven experience in people analytics and data-driven HR decision-making- must
Bachelor's degree in Labor study, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field- must
Master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
