SUMMARY:

Placer.ai is looking for a Data Analyst, to help our Data Quality Band solve the most complex data-related issues and help our customers with their burning data questions. The candidate should have high proficiency in English, strong technical support abilities, and experience with Data Analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a crucial part of the Data Quality Band, and handle Data Integrity tickets.
Manage complex data investigations including geolocation inquiries and statistical analysis.
Research a wide variety of datasets to spot real-world trends and outliers.
Solve issues and complete projects within desired SLA while maintaining a high quality of work.
Provide solutions to market-leading clients.
Work closely with the Data Science, Product, and R&D teams to solve issues as well as be their focal point for all Data Integrity-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years of Technical Support/ Data Analysis/ Solution Engineering/ Pre-Sales/ Technical Account Management/ or similar experience

Data Analysis experience with Excel/Google Spreadsheets

English at mother-tongue level (spoken and written)

Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities are critical
Must be a team player and able to handle escalations quickly and efficiently, and effectively communicate with crucial stakeholders in the company
SQL, Python (Pandas), and Spark - Advantage
