HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We’re looking for an HRBP to join our HR team. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with managers and employees, provide ongoing HR guidance and support, lead end-to-end recruitment, manage our HR information system, and drive company-wide HR processes. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end recruitment, including in-depth interviews and close partnership with hiring managers. Manage the global onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires. Maintain and improve our HR information system, ensuring accurate data and efficient workflows. Own people analytics and reporting, translating HR data into actionable insights to support workforce planning and decision-making. Drive and support HR processes, including performance reviews, employee development, and engagement. Requirements: What you’ll bring 5 - 7 years of experience spanning both HR and recruitment - a must. A bachelor’s degree in psychology. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including conducting in-depth interviews and advising hiring managers. Experience working with HR information systems. Familiarity with Spark and bob systems - an advantage Experience in recruiting for semiconductor companies – a significant advantage Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights. Excellent English, both written and spoken Experience in a global company - an advantage.
