Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR

Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This role requires an efficient, fast-paced, and sharp individual with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct CV screen and phone interviews to various positions.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

High level of English - a must.
Up to 2 years of experience as a coordinator from a tech company - a big advantage
Familiarity with Comeet system - a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
