*The Account Executive Opportunity - Israel*
The successful Account Executive is a highly motivated, self-driven professional who
is passionate about security and about driving protection against the biggest cyber
threats.
As an AE you will focus on providing value to C-Suite decision-makers, helping them
build the most secure environments possible. You will be a key contributor to our
expansion, managing the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to successful, long-
term partnership.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
● Outbound Activity: Research and identify key contacts; perform outbound to
prospects to generate initial interest and set strategic meetings.
● Pipeline Generation: Establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term
approach to net new logo pipeline generation, including researching key
contacts and performing outbound outreach.
● Sales Cycle Management: Identify, develop and execute account strategies
to qualify leads, uncover needs, and deliver repeatable and predictable
bookings.
● Targeting & Networking: Identify, target and gain access to appropriate
leaders in prospect accounts, building and cultivating your network of
decision-makers.
● Deal Execution: Scope, negotiate and close agreements to consistently meet
growth targets and support territory expansion.
● Ecosystem Collaboration: Holistically embrace and utilize the GRSee
ecosystem to identify and open new, uncharted opportunities.
● Value-Based Selling: Adopt a strong value-based sales approach, effectively
articulating the value proposition of our services in a clear and compelling
way.
● Internal Partnerships: Build and nurture effective working partnerships with
internal teams to ensure client goals and project outcomes are met.
● Customer Success: Provide professional after-sales support and gather
customer feedback to communicate internally to relevant teams, ensuring
long-term loyalty and reputation management.
● Conference & Event Representation: Represent the company at industry
conferences and trade shows to generate leads, conduct on-site networking,
and stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
● CRM Hygiene & Management: Maintain rigorous CRM discipline by
accurately documenting all sales activities, pipeline stages, and contact
information to ensure data integrity and provide reliable forecasting.
*What you’ll bring to the role:*
● 1-2 years success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise
SaaS products.
● Ability to evangelize, educate and create demand with C-level decision
makers.
● Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from both
the customer base and within the internal ecosystem.
● Proven success selling into C-suite and building partnership and buy-in with
multiple stakeholders.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills with audiences of all levels
and all technical aptitudes
● Confident and self driven with the humility required to successfully work in
teams.
● Significant experience selling in partnership
● Fluent or Native English and Hebrew Communication skills both written and
oral.
● Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, "owner-operator" mentality with the
resilience to navigate ambiguity and the initiative to treat your territory as
your own business.
● Agile Self-Learner: A relentless curiosity and the ability to rapidly self-educate
on complex technical landscapes, emerging security trends, and evolving
sales methodologies.
