Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a reliable *Desktop Support Engineer* to provide technical support to end-users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and ensuring excellent customer service.

*Responsibilities:*

* Provide first and second-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and common business applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
* Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory).
* Assist users with mobile device support and remote access (VPN).
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
* Log and resolve service tickets using a ticketing system.
* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience in a desktop support or IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
* Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 400.00₪ - 440.00₪ per day
