HR Data Analyst Student

We're looking for a highly motivated HR Data AnalystStudent to join our People Organization team.

The HR Analytics – Student role is a great opportunity to work closely with HR professionals, shaping processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

Be a part of the HR team and provide ongoing analytics for local HR processes and operational projects.

lead process improvements, strategic and complex cross operations projects, and overall Budget planning and control

Collect and analyze data and prepare high-quality presentations.

Perform analytical tasks & projects and prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics.

Prepare relevant data for stakeholders and create reports and dashboards.

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

Economics / Industrial Engineering student.

Studying towards an advanced degree - An advantage

Minimum of 3 semesters to graduation - this position is for active students only.

Project management orientation - an advantage

Basic proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong Interpersonal relations: A team player with the ability to drive for action without direct authority.

Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Languages & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written.

Availability to work at least 3 days a week
