🔥 What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Research international markets and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
• Engage senior executives, understand business needs, and qualify potential opportunities.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for the Business Development team.
• Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that stand out and generate responses.
• Track outreach performance, analyze results, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging.
• Participate in international conferences and industry events.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR, selling complex, high-value B2B products or services, such as Enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience engaging C-level executives and VP-level decision-makers in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding meeting-setting and pipeline generation targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• A persistent, creative, and results-driven approach to outbound prospecting.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and good proficiency in Excel.
• Native-level English.
• A proactive, organized, and self-motivated mindset.
