It is ideal for an analytical, customer-oriented engineer with strong technical depth and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

🚀Responsibilities

- Lead the technical execution of Engineering Work Packages in coordination with the Program Manager and work package leaders.

- Define robust technical solutions that meet customer requirements and system performance objectives.

- Develop the engineering project structure, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS).

- Ensure Engineering Work Packages across Mechanical, RF, Software, Chamber, and Absorber disciplines comply with quality, budget, and performance requirements.

- Manage preparation for key quality gates, including PDR, CDR, ATP, and SAT reviews.

- Drive identification of specification deviations and define practical paths forward with stakeholders.

- Implement technological risk identification and mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Requirements

- Background in Electrical Engineering, with the technical knowledge required to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities.

- Strong technical capability and ability to guide work package leaders across engineering domains.

- 4–6 years of experience within a global technological group or comparable high-technology environment.

- Customer-oriented and people-oriented mindset, with strong analytical skills.

- Proficient level of English for international customer and project communication.

- Willingness to travel abroad as required by project and customer needs.

🌟 Nice to Have

- Master’s degree in Engineering (MSc).

- Experience or expertise in antenna measurement technologies.

- Previous management or technical leadership experience.

- Strong skills in Matlab, AI, and coding.
