Monetization Manager

We're looking for a skilled Monetization Manager to join our Monetization & LiveOps department full-time, focusing on optimizing revenue strategies and enhancing user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven monetization strategies to maximize revenue, player engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Plan, manage, and optimize in-app promotions, campaigns, and monetization activities to drive player conversion and revenue growth.
• Design, analyze, and optimize player journeys and monetization funnels to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall player experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze player behavior, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to align monetization initiatives with business objectives and player needs.
• Identify new monetization opportunities through data analysis, market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trends.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to optimize promotional offers, pricing strategies, and player segmentation.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and implement initiatives that drive measurable business results.
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve monetization processes, tools, and strategies to support sustainable revenue growth.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry as a Monetization Manager or in a similar role.
• A positive, proactive, and people-oriented mindset, with strong ownership, independence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing player journeys and conversion funnels to improve revenue, LTV, retention, and player engagement.
• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing in-app promotional campaigns and monetization calendars.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive monetization initiatives.
• Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging and compelling promotional content.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of player behavior, engagement mechanics, and monetization strategies in digital gaming is a plus.
• Experience in real-money gaming, social casino, or sweepstakes gaming is a strong advantage.
