What you'll do

• Take ownership of the organization's Monday.com platform, ensuring information is organized, accurate, and accessible.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and tools to support decision-making.
• Go beyond reporting — ask the right questions, identify opportunities, and proactively suggest new ways to use data.
• Coordinate workflows and tasks, including guiding student team members.
• Contribute to ongoing projects, content development, and cross-team initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data coordination, project operations, information management, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and digital tools.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar platforms.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive tasks forward.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in public-sector initiatives and creating meaningful impact.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the public sector, nonprofit organizations, or social impact initiatives.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
