We are looking for a talented Clinical Business Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic and hands-on liaison—driving the full solution lifecycle from discovery and requirements to validation, deployment, and ongoing operational support across platforms like CTMS, eTMF, and Veeva Vault.

🔍 What you’ll do:

Translate clinical business needs into clear user requirements and functional specs.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality, IT, and external vendors on system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

Support GxP compliance, validation deliverables (IQ/OQ/PQ/UAT), and data integrity standards.

Drive reporting, dashboards, and innovative automation/AI initiatives.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as a BA, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst supporting enterprise apps.

Background in pharmaceutical R&D or Clinical Operations.

Strong knowledge of GxP, validation, and agile delivery tools (Jira).

Fluent English and stellar communication skills.
