Development Team Lead

We are hiring: Senior R&D Team Lead! A leading financial organization is seeking a Senior R&D Team Lead to spearhead the development of a modern cloud-based financial platform using advanced software development methodologies.

The role involves direct team management, mentoring, integrating AI-driven workflows across the SDLC, overseeing production environments, managing Agile deliverables, and working closely with product managers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.

At least 8 years of Full Stack development experience in NET and React with server-side focus - Must

At least 3 years of experience in leading software development teams - Must

Proven hands-on experience developing with and integrating AI tools into development workflows - Must

Experience leading teams in large-scale enterprise environments - Must

Proven background in the financial sector (payments, credit cards, or banking) - Must

Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud services, and CI/CD - Must

Experience with legacy system modernization and Mainframe integration - Significant Advantage
