We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead to join an advanced R&D organization developing next-generation AI-powered solutions for airborne platforms.

Our team develops high-performance real-time software systems that combine GPU acceleration, AI technologies, advanced optimization techniques, and complex algorithmic processing.

This is a software-centric leadership role focused on high-level C++ application development, software architecture, GPU Computing, AI, and high-performance real-time systems running on embedded platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced software engineers.
• Drive technical direction, execution, and software delivery in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Own end-to-end software architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Serve as the technical focal point for complex software and system-level challenges.
• Develop hands-on using Modern C++.
• Design and optimize high-performance, real-time software applications.
• Develop and accelerate software solutions leveraging GPU Computing technologies.
• Implement and optimize algorithms using CUDA and OpenCL.
• Collaborate closely with Algorithm, AI, System, and Hardware Engineering teams.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, maintainability, and engineering excellence.
• Drive software development best practices, design reviews, and structured development processes.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience developing high-level software applications in Modern C++ for Embedded and/or Real-Time systems.
• At least 4 years of direct people management experience leading software development teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Modern C++.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex, performance-critical software systems.
• Strong software architecture and system design capabilities.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary development environments.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Advantages

• Experience with CUDA, OpenCL, GPU Computing, or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
• Background in Computer Vision and image-processing applications.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience developing software for ARM-based platforms.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson environments.
• Experience integrating GenAI tools into software development workflows.
