Located in the Central District within an accessible business center, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Full-Stack Software Engineering Team Lead, reporting directly to the CTO and driving a high-impact engineering unit.
• Leading and mentoring a squad of 5 Full-Stack Engineers, managing hiring, onboarding, career development, and delivery cadences while maintaining 50%–70% hands-on development.
• Architecting, developing, and scaling high-throughput, mission-critical platforms using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Taking end-to-end technical ownership over system architecture, performance tuning, resiliency, and complex production environments.
• Directly impacting business and commercial KPIs, optimizing core platform mechanisms to enhance Conversion Rates, Lead Quality, and direct revenue streams.
• Championing modern engineering acceleration by integrating AI developer tools (specifically Claude Code, Copilot, and LLM-assisted workflows) into day-to-day coding, review, and automation practices.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Data Science, and executive leadership to align high-level commercial roadmaps with robust, scalable software architectures.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven engineering management experience leading software development teams – Mandatory
• 5 years of professional hands-on software development experience, with a strong background in Full-Stack development – Mandatory
• Genuine, active hands-on engineering leadership mindset with proven dedication to remaining deeply involved in production code (50%+ hands-on) – Mandatory
• Proven track record in building, interviewing, and scaling high-performing software development teams – Mandatory
• Strong background developing high-performance platforms where system efficiency directly drives business metrics and company revenues – Mandatory
• Extensive, proven background in system architecture, complex production deployments, and performance profiling – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency across Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, and relational/analytical SQL data stores – Mandatory
