Monthly Salary: 20,000–25,000 Israeli New Shekels (ILS)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HRBP to build and lead the HR function from the ground up in Holon, Israel. You will play a strategic role in talent acquisition, local HR compliance, the design of compensation and benefits (C&B) systems, and the cultivation of an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture—all aimed at fueling the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Building the HR Infrastructure: Establish the company’s HR framework from scratch, covering areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits (C&B), performance management, employee relations, and learning and development (L&D).

Talent Acquisition and Staffing: Execute recruitment strategies to source and onboard mid-to-senior-level talent across functions including management, marketing, and technical roles.

Local Compliance and Operations: Ensure full compliance with Israeli labor laws and regulations; manage the entire employee lifecycle (including employment contracts, social security, onboarding, and offboarding) to effectively mitigate employment-related risks.

Compensation and Benefits Design: Assist in designing competitive compensation structures, performance incentive schemes, and benefits packages tailored to the local market.

Employee Relations and Corporate Culture: Foster cross-cultural integration, organize employee engagement activities, and cultivate a cohesive, entrepreneurial organizational culture.

Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing customized HR solutions and organizational development support. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. Prior experience in building an HR function from the ground up—whether within an Israeli startup, a multinational corporation, or the automotive/technology sector—is a significant advantage.

Skills & Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor law, social security, and tax regulations; proficiency across core HR functional areas.

Language Requirements: Fluency in both Hebrew and English is mandatory (English for internal/corporate communication; Hebrew for handling local legal and employee-related matters).
