🚀 We're Hiring: Head of Marketing | Good Company

Good Company is building the next generation of AI-native franchise brands.

We're reinventing traditional franchising by combining AI, automation, and centralized infrastructure to make launching and scaling real-world businesses simpler and more efficient.

Starting with residential cleaning through M.I.L. Cleaners, we're building a portfolio of franchise brands across an $800B+ home-services industry, including lawn care, handyman services, and more.

We're looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who can build our brand and growth engine from the ground up.

What you'll own:

• AI-powered content: Create high-quality videos, visuals, ads, and campaigns using AI tools.
• Content & distribution: Publish, manage, and optimize content across digital and social channels.
• Lead generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified franchise owners.
• Performance marketing: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Founder-led marketing: Build the CEO's personal brand and thought leadership.
• Growth strategy: Experiment with new channels, track performance, and scale what works.
• Multi-brand marketing: Help build the marketing infrastructure for future franchise brands.

Who we're looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in startups, franchising, or home services.
• Strong experience creating sophisticated marketing content using AI.
• A proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies independently.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative instincts.
• A data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Someone who loves executing as much as strategizing. This isn't a role where you'll just manage agencies or delegate tasks. We want someone who can think strategically in the morning, create a campaign in the afternoon, and analyze its results the next day.
• You'll work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to shape a new category of AI-native franchise companies.
