Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Tech Recruiter who understands both tech and people, has an eye for talent, and wants to work with an amazing team in a dynamic, professional environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the full lifecycle (E2E) recruitment process with both clients and candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to drive processes smoothly to successful offers.
• Proactively source top engineering talent via LinkedIn and alternative channels.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience—because the journey matters just as much as the skill set.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment – a must.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong ownership, ability to run independent processes, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent or high-level English (written and verbal).
