At Log-On Software, we're looking for motivated, people-oriented professionals to join our technology recruitment team in the Sharon area.

If you have a relevant bachelor's degree, previous sales experience, and a passion for working with people, this is your opportunity to build a career in the high-tech industry.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full professional training will be provided.

We're looking for someone who knows how to start conversations, identify people's needs, build trust, and motivate others to take the next step.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct telephone interviews and assess candidates' experience, skills, and career interests.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
• Present career opportunities and engage potential candidates.
• Publish job opportunities across social media and recruitment channels.
• Work with AI-powered tools and advanced recruitment technologies.
• Develop knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and the high-tech industry.
• Collaborate with an experienced recruitment team and learn the fundamentals of technology recruitment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in telephone and/or face-to-face sales – required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology – required.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to engage, influence, and motivate people.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong listening, questioning, and needs-assessment abilities.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and building relationships.
• Fast learning capabilities and genuine interest in technology.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Motivation to develop a long-term career in technology recruitment.

Nice to Have

• Recruitment internship, practicum, or hands-on experience in a recruitment department.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or other candidate-facing roles.

• Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
• Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
• Work Model: Hybrid
