Senior Technical Recruiter

COMBLACK is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team!

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, source top technology talent, and work closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technology positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing both professional qualifications and career motivations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes while meeting recruitment targets.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment – Mandatory.
• Experience in IT outsourcing or technology staffing – An advantage.
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with technology roles and the Israeli tech market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
