Software Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as a Backend / Software Engineer, joining an established, high-caliber engineering squad reporting directly to the Team Lead.
• Designing, developing, and scaling high-performance, resilient backend services utilizing .NET Core within a modern Microservices architecture.
• Integrating polyglot backend components and services, including hands-on exposure to Java, Python, or Go alongside relational data stores (SQL).
• Architecting data ingestion, processing, and query pipelines capable of handling complex Big Data analytics for high-stakes operational platforms.
• Building, deploying, and maintaining containerized microservices operating across modern Cloud environments and Kubernetes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across R&D, product, and data squads to translate complex operational and investigative workflows into robust, low-latency services.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience in Backend or Full-Stack software development – Mandatory
• Solid, hands-on production experience in modern backend languages, including proficiency in one or more: .NET Core, Go, Python, Node.js, Java, Scala, or Kotlin – Mandatory
• Practical hands-on experience developing and deploying within Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) or Kubernetes (K8s) – Mandatory
• Proven background working in fast-paced tech startup environments – Mandatory
• Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and working with SQL / relational databases – Mandatory
• Solid problem-solving capabilities, self-directed execution, and fluent professional communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
