Java Software Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Backend Engineer, joining the foundational Core Backend group to design, architect, and scale the company's flagship cloud enforcement platform.
• Engineering mission-critical, high-throughput microservices using Go (Golang) deployed within high-scale AWS cloud infrastructures.
• Architecting resilient, high-concurrency Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architectures capable of processing massive streams of cloud telemetry and security events.
• Designing and orchestrating containerized workloads operating within Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Modeling, optimizing, and maintaining complex relational schemas and high-performance queries using SQL.
• Holding deep technical ownership over core platform features—from early architectural design through to production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Security Researchers, Cloud Architects, and Product leaders to translate complex cloud vulnerability models into deterministic, real-time prevention policies.

Requirements-

• 4 years of proven professional experience in Backend Software Development – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on track record building and deploying production-grade systems in Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Solid, mandatory background from Cybersecurity companies specializing in Cloud Security (Cloud-Native Security) – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience in modern backend languages, with deep proficiency or willingness to master Go (Golang) – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on experience designing and operating Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and complex query performance tuning with SQL – Mandatory
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative full-time in-office setup in Central Tel Aviv – Mandatory
• High degree of technical autonomy, analytical rigor, and fluent professional communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
