What You'll Do :

Performance Analysis

• Analyze operational spend and performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and support analytical models and tools that enhance performance visibility and decision-making.
• Create clear and impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Detect anomalies and performance deviations, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and drive actionable outcomes.

KPI Ownership & Performance Monitoring

• Serve as the focal point for the unit's KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify gaps and trends.
• Analyze underperformance drivers and work with stakeholders to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the definition and ongoing management of KPI targets aligned with business objectives.

Ad-hoc Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations in response to evolving business needs and management requests.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from a recognized university or college
• 1–2 years of experience in analytical roles (including student positions)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Fabric
• Ability to present analytical findings in a clear, simple, and business-oriented manner
• Proactive, curious, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
