Full-time | 100% Remote | Base + Commission

We are a successful international recruitment agency looking for an experienced and motivated recruiter to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who can manage diverse positions - including senior and tech, build strong client relationships, and deliver results independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to successful placement
• Manage and nurture client relationships as a trusted recruitment partner
• Work across industries and job functions – adaptability is key
• Take ownership of roles and drive the process forward with urgency and professionalism
• Collaborate with a supportive team while working independently

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruiting experience
• Proven success in managing multiple roles (including senior) and clients simultaneously
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with remote work, self-managed schedules, and performance-driven environments
• Fluent Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus
