Salesforce Project Manager | Shfela Region | Mertens – MalamTeam

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a leading organization in the Shfela region

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the assigned Scope of Work within the Salesforce team, collaborating with other technical project managers while balancing ongoing development requests with large-scale strategic initiatives

Lead cross-organizational technical projects in Salesforce environments, working with other project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and post-production support

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users, define final requirements, and design solutions in collaboration with development teams

Facilitate technical planning discussions, negotiate requirements, and build alignment between business and technology stakeholders

Implement Salesforce solutions using built-in platform tools

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing technology projects in enterprise environments

Concurrent hands-on experience in Salesforce system administration, with proven proficiency and a strong understanding of the platform and its various solution capabilities

Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions

Experience designing and building Salesforce solutions for business users

Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and technical risks

Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems and applications

Proactive approach to leveraging AI tools throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to solution design and execution

Strong attention to detail and ability to dive deep into complex technical solutions

Experience working with Salesforce Omni-Channel
